We lost Ped far too early despite the care and support he received from The Christie.

During the recent pandemic we were all compelled to stay closer to home and pursue activities that fell within the “lockdown” restrictions. For me, and many others, this involved searching out new routes to walk and particularly routes that could be followed from the front door. Living in Guisborough we are fortunate to have magnificent countryside all around us and consequently I began, unknowingly, to walk elements of a circular walk around the town. Each walk would form a segment of a circle the centre being Guisborough Town Cross. The circumference has now become the “Guisborough O”, a walk of 25 to 30 miles around the town.
